Winya Indigenous Furniture is a majority Indigenous owned, genuine Indigenous business operating on a profit-for-purpose model that creates employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians across Australia. Winya is an office furniture company with focuses on sustainability, Indigenous engagement and championing diversity and inclusion.

We're looking for an experienced sales support person with experience in administration and preferred knowledge of the office furniture industry to support the team in the creation and follow up of quotes.

This role will be working closely with Winya's team and will be reporting directly to the General Manager, Ben (he/him). We’re a tightly knit team and a COVID safe workplace.

This role will be based out of our Sydney City Office right near Wynyard Station.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries.
• Answering sales inquiries and emails and managing the state based inbox.
• Creating quotes and processing orders.
• Follow up on quotes and updating the CRM platform.
• Provides administrative support where needed to the General Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Experienced Sales Support Personal with experience in administrative support.
• Well developed written and verbal skills in English.
• Well developed customer service skills.
• Computer, Google and Microsoft program literacy.
• Preferred individual with knowledge of the office furniture industry and awareness & understanding of Indigenous Cultures & History.
