As the Team Leader - Youth Enhanced Services, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to young people in our community.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational support to the YES team, ensuring quality services and an empowered team culture
• Develop operational systems to achieve program KPIs and foster community engagement
• Collaborate with stakeholders and co-design services tailored to community needs
• Participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance service provision
• Maintain a small client caseload and ensure quality record-keeping

About the Program

EACH is the Lead Agency of the Therapeutic Alliance (TA), a new consortium of community based, not-for-profit services who provide services across the North Coast of NSW. The alliance will deliver the Primary Mental Health Program (PMHP) through a multidisciplinary, person centred, hub-and-spoke model of care.

About you

We're seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for youth mental health and a proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.

To excel in this position, you will also possess the following:

• Expertise in youth mental health, trauma, and recovery principles
• Minimum three years’ experience managing teams delivering programs for young people
• A strong understanding of service systems for young people with complex needs
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage risk effectively while maintaining client rights

Qualifications

• Undergraduate qualifications in a relevant field
• Eligibility for membership in qualified field
• Post-graduate qualification in counselling or related field (highly regarded)
