Position purpose

The Marketing and Communications team plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation's external image and fostering meaningful connections with our stakeholders.

The overarching purpose of this role is to support the business needs from a communications perspective, to enhance employee engagement and ensure seamless dissemination of information across Aspect. 

The role will also be responsible for:

  • Internal Communications Strategy development and plan implementation
  • Improving staff engagement
  • Communication Plan for organisational Strategic and Business Plans
  • Supporting business units with corporate communication needs
  • Relationship and Stakeholder engagement
  • External newsletter
  • Crisis Management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

Experience:

  • +5 years’ experience in a Communications or similar role
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of communication plans
  • Familiarity with digital communication tools and social media platforms
  • Crisis communication experience is a plus
